Our next GMI meeting – GMI13 – will be held 8-11 June 2020, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
The registration platform is now open.
GMI13 will take place June 10-11 2020 (UBC Robson Square, 800 Robson St, Vancouver), and will feature scientific talks and discussions focused on community efforts to improve the interoperability, reproducibility, and comparability of results, examples of cooperative projects highlighting ways to achieve equitable data sharing, and more.
GMI13 will also feature a day dedicated to Work Group activities on June 9th, and a genomic epidemiology workshop (June 8-9) providing participants with opportunities to learn about the potential of sequencing technology, how labs around the world have successfully applied it, as well as hands-on experience using techniques in microbial genomics analysis.
